Vision Children aims to work alongside parents in equipping and enlivening our children to know God and follow His ways.
Our children's ministry is designed for all children up to Primary Year 6 and is held during our 10am Sunday services.
The curriculum we use is geared to grow a child’s capacity to recognise and respond to the Voice and Presence of God. It is our desire to see the children deeply touched by the Holy Spirit and to be able to read the Bible for themselves. We also encourage our children to have fun with each other, through games, competitions, craft, sport, music, puppets and drama.
There are a number of groups for different ages:
Creche for children aged 1 to 3 years
Pre-readers - for children aged 3 to 5 years
Lower Primary - for children in Pre School to Year 2
Middle Primary - for children in Grade 3 and 4
Upper Primary - for children in Grade 5 and 6
We also have a quiet feeding room for mothers of babies to feed and still be able to see and hear the service.
Playtime
Playtime is held fortnightly on even weeks on Thursday during school terms, 9.30 - 11am at Vision Church.
Playtime is a wonderful morning of play, song and craft for babies and children under school age. If you’re a parent or carer of a baby or child under school age, this is a perfect opportunity for you to meet and connect with other parents and carers of little ones.
