In the 'Thinking Biblically' course, we will be exploring current cultural issues through the framework and lens of Scripture. Drawing on the wisdom of experts in particular fields, we plan to cover important areas such as: why it is important for the Bible to shape our perspective; the rise of secularism and how we live faithfully in the midst of a secular culture; having a Biblical view of gender, sexuality, masculinity and femininity; how we engage with culture in a meaningful and helpful way; what to do with technology, social media, the internet and AI; as well as other issues. As followers of Jesus, we are called to bring the light of the gospel and truth of Jesus Christ into the midst of the culture in which we live.
